Good to know

If you would like the pool heated, we charge an additional fee of $75/night, 2 nights minimum, to cover the cost of utilities. Please request 72 hours prior to booking. We will send a separate payment for this through the Airbnb app. In the summer months of July, August, and September, the air temperature is typically warm enough to keep the pool at a nice temperature without paying for the pool heat. We advise guests to put the cover on overnight so that the pool temperature stays warm, especially for the months of November - February. If you do not use the pool cover, the pool will not reach above 80 degrees. Phoenix Operating Permit #STR-2024-002868

Brandon and his team were outstanding in their response to our needs from beginning to end. This was a last minute booking but they did not treat us like last minute guests. We got VIP treatment! What a wonderful home they have! No broken anything. Everything worked well. All the entry points locked. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. It felt like a home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay. 10 stars!

We love this home. Its spacious, very comfortable. Love the back yard, it has several places to sit and relax. The beds are very comfortable, and the hosts are easy and fast to respond. We will be back.

Couldn’t have picked a better BNB! The house was much bigger than the photos, everything was in pristine condition, kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed. The beds were heavenly, the pool was perfect throughout the day! Brandon and his team were very responsive and helpful with anything I needed. I would highly recommend for bachelorette events as well! 6 guests fit comfortably, never felt too crowded. Wish I could stay longer! Thank you for a great stay Brandon!

Place was exactly like the photos and more for my family alongside extended family who came by and celebrated with us on our oldest son’s graduation from high school. The house was as big as the pics seem. It was also very clean which is always a plus. We loved the pool and other games/activities to keep busy at the house! Great communication and very professional. I’d highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful 4BR Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail had been missed. The home was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The outdoor living space was truly a highlight. Spacious, beautifully landscaped, and perfect for relaxing. We spent hours enjoying the pool, which was clean and well-maintained, and the overall backyard setup made it feel like our own private oasis. The owner was incredibly responsive and kind, always available to answer any questions and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect.
