HOUSE RULES & POLICIES: 🚭 NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations. 🐾 No pets allowed anywhere on the property. 👶 Children must be supervised in and around the pool at all times. 📶 DO NOT unplug or disconnect the WiFi router. ⚙️ DO NOT touch the pool equipment. A $500 fee will be charged for violations. 🏊♂️ POOL & SPA Heating Details – Please Read! Our property has a spillover spa, NOT a separate hot tub. This means the spa and pool share the same water and temperature. When heated, both will be 85°F, but the spa will not reach traditional hot tub temperatures (100-104°F). 💰 Pool/spa heating is $75/day (minimum $150 per reservation). 📌 A separate payment request will be sent after booking, which you can accept or decline as you prefer. ⏳ If you’d like the pool/spa heated, please let us know at least 2 days before check-in so we have time to schedule and warm it up for your stay. ❓ Questions? Just reach out—we’re happy to help! ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES: 🔇 Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. If you're looking for nightlife, downtown Gilbert has great late-night spots! 🎉 No parties or events allowed. 👤 The primary renter must be at least 24 years old. 📹 Outdoor security cameras are located at the front door, pool equipment, pool, and putting green for property protection. 🍼 Pack ’n Play & high chair available—you’ll find them in the entryway closet. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: ⏰ Check-in: 4:00 PM – Due to cleaning time, early check-ins are typically not available. However, feel free to message us on your arrival day, and we’ll let you know if the home is ready early. ⏳ Check-out: 10:00 AM – We’re unable to offer late check-outs, as we need to prepare for our next guests.
