Owners are not liable for any injury or death resulting from the usage of the pool. Please supervise children at all times. CAN THE POOL BE HEATED? Yes, the pool can be heated. This service is available for an additional fee of $75 per night, with a minimum requirement of 2 days/nights. Reason: It costs approximately $200 to heat the pool to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. This fee must be paid in advance. If you would like this option, please request it at least 2-3 days prior to your stay, as it takes about 2 days for the pool to heat up. If you request this service well in advance, please set a reminder to reconfirm the request 2 days before your stay. HOW WARM DOES THE POOL GET WHEN HEATED DURING COLDER WEEKS? When nighttime air temperatures drop below 55 degrees Fahrenheit, pool heaters may struggle to warm the pool to the 80-degree range. We cannot guarantee the pool will reach 80 degrees or higher when the air temperature is that low. In the summer months of July, August, and September, the air temperature is typically warm enough to keep the pool at a nice temperature without paying for the pool heat. CABLE TV Note that we do NOT offer cable. We have smart TVs in the home and you are welcome to sign into any streaming platform. There are streaming platforms where you can watch live TV including sports. We have instructions for this in our guidebook SECURITY We have installed a doorbell camera. There are no cameras on the inside of the house or in the communal space of the back yard. This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am You can enter the house using our SmartLock. Your Pin will be given to you ahead of your check-in. You will be charged an additional fee if you do not check out on time - this is an extremely popular house and we have strict check-in/check-out times to give the cleaning team time to get it ready for the next guest! HOUSE RULES UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is a residential area with long term residents. Please respect our neighbors and obey quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. NOTE: If you are booking your stay to have a small family or friend gathering under 8 people for a birthday, graduation, or anything else, please note this in your booking!
