This is a residential area with long-term residents. Please respect quiet hours. Pool Heating: The pool can be heated to 80°F-85°F for an additional fee of $1,000/month, to cover the costs. This fee must be paid in advance - a payment request will be sent over to you. If you would like to request, please notify us at least 2-3 days prior to your stay, as it takes about 2 days to heat the pool. If you request this service well in advance, please set a reminder to reconfirm the request 2 days before your stay. Note: When nighttime air temperatures drop below 55°F, pool heaters may struggle to warm the pool to the 80°F-85°F range during the day. We cannot guarantee the pool will reach 80°F or higher when the air temperature is that low. In the summer months of July, August, and September, the air temperature is typically warm enough to maintain the pool at a comfortable temperature without the need for heating.
