To ensure a pleasant stay, here are some important details: 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: If you would like the pool heated, we charge an additional fee of $1,500/month, to cover the cost of utilities. (Reason: It costs approximately $200 to heat the pool to 80 degrees Fahrenheit.) This fee must be paid in advance. If you would like to request, please notify us at least 2-3 days prior to your stay, as it takes about 2 days to heat the pool. If you request this service well in advance, please set a reminder to reconfirm the request 2 days before your stay. Note: When nighttime air temperatures drop below 55 degrees Fahrenheit, pool heaters may struggle to warm the pool to the 80 degree range. We cannot guarantee the pool will reach 80 degrees or higher when the air temperature is that low. In the summer months of July, August, and September, the air temperature is typically warm enough to keep the pool at a nice temperature without paying for the pool heat. 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲: Our pool is serviced weekly, typically on Friday mornings. Note: The pool has a vacuum system connected to both the skimmer and the floor suction port, and it operates on a timer. 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Please be advised that for the safety and security of the property and its residents, active security cameras are located at the front doorbell, the driveway, and the backyard. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵 & 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: For your convenience, trash and recycling are collected on Tuesdays. Please place the bins at the curb the day/night before. 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀: We love pets, but unfortunately, they are not allowed on the property. Additionally, smoking and vaping are prohibited both inside and outside. A $500 extra cleaning fee will apply if these rules are not followed. Schedules may vary, and we’ll do our best to keep you informed of any changes. 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆: (1) All guests are required to sign a rental agreement. (2) All guests must complete a background check. (3) A $400 refundable security deposit will be automatically collected 2 days before check-in and automatically refunded after check-out, provided no issues are reported. A fee of 2% of the deposit amount applies.
