Fully Equipped Kitchen: From a microwave, stove, and oven to cookware, spices, and more, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Comfort Essentials: We provide fresh linens, extra blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and a hair dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Bedrooms are also equipped with hangers and a clothes steamer for your convenience. Available Assistance: Our team is available online from 8 AM to 11 PM. If you need urgent assistance, don’t hesitate to call us at nine seven zero, four eight zero, two four three seven. We’re always here to help! Check-Out Instructions: • Place used dishes in the dishwasher and start it before you leave. • Take out the trash to the green bin on the side of the house. • Feel free to use the cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. • Close all windows and lock the door. Turn off all baseboard heaters in basement. Temperature Control: The home is controlled by a single thermostat (upstairs). You can adjust room temperatures by opening or closing heat vents in each room. The basement has baseboard heaters for added comfort. House Rules: • No Parties or Events to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. • Respect our neighbors and park in the driveway or directly in front of the house (avoid parking in front of neighbors’ homes). • Smoking is permitted outside only. • Dogs are welcome with a $50 PER pet fee. • Please shut and lock all doors when you leave. Important Reminders: • Late Check-Out: Check-out is at 10 AM. A $100 fee applies for late check-out without notice. Additional fees may apply if late check-out exceeds 2 hours. • Towels & Linens: Please leave all towels and linens at the property to avoid a $20 charge for any missing items. • No Smoking Indoors: A $1000 fine will be charged for any smoking inside the house. • Quiet Hours: From 10 PM to 7 AM, quiet hours are enforced, and a $250 fine may apply if violated. • Grill Use: Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
