Good to know

If you would like the pool heated, we charge an additional fee of $75/night, 2 nights minimum, to cover the cost of utilities. Please request 72 hours prior to booking. We will send a separate payment for this through the Airbnb app. In the summer months of July, August, and September, the air temperature is typically warm enough to keep the pool at a nice temperature without paying for the pool heat. We advise guests to put the cover on overnight so that the pool temperature stays warm, especially for the months of November - February. If you do not use the pool cover, the pool will not reach above 80 degrees. Phoenix Operating Permit #STR-2024-002868

Brandon’s place was exactly as pictured—beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable! The mattresses were super comfy, and we all slept so well. There were tons of games to keep us entertained, making it perfect for both relaxing and having fun. The location is ideal—surrounded by great food options, and just 20–30 minutes from shopping, fine dining, and everything else you could need. The pool was a major highlight! It came with floaties, plenty of towels, a TV, and tons of seating for everyone to hang out comfortably. We made great use of the space and really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the space had all the little touches that made it feel like home! Brandon and his team were outstanding in their response to our needs from beginning to end. This was a last minute booking but they did not treat us like last minute guests. We got VIP treatment! What a wonderful home they have! No broken anything. Everything worked well. All the entry points locked. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. It felt like a home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay. 10 stars!

We love this home. Its spacious, very comfortable. Love the back yard, it has several places to sit and relax. The beds are very comfortable, and the hosts are easy and fast to respond. We will be back.
