Good to know

If you would like the pool heated, we charge an additional fee of $75/night, 2 nights minimum, to cover the cost of utilities. Please request 72 hours prior to booking. We will send a separate payment for this through the Airbnb app. In the summer months of July, August, and September, the air temperature is typically warm enough to keep the pool at a nice temperature without paying for the pool heat. We advise guests to put the cover on overnight so that the pool temperature stays warm, especially for the months of November - February. If you do not use the pool cover, the pool will not reach above 80 degrees. Phoenix Operating Permit #STR-2024-002868

I stayed here over Thanksgiving with my family (5 of us total), and the home was exactly as pictured — very clean and well-kept. It was super easy to find and about a 15–25 min drive from everywhere we needed to go, including PHX airport. The driveway and garage were convenient, and every room had a very comfortable king-size bed. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a listing says it accommodates 6+ people but the couch and dining table only fit 3–4. That was not the case here at all. This home has a large dining table, a big living room TV, and a huge, super plush couch — all five of us were able to fully stretch out (and fall asleep) with no problem. The kitchen was well-stocked with lots of tools, amenities, and spices. The space overall felt roomy and spotless, and we loved the board games, outdoor fire pit, seating, and TV. The hosts were very communicative before and during our stay. My family and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The place was great. Super clean, king size beds in four rooms. Beds were comfy. Brandon’s response time was great and he was very helpful. We would love to stay here again if we’re in the area.
