If you would like the pool heated, we charge an additional fee of $75/night, 2 nights minimum, to cover the cost of utilities. Please request 72 hours prior to booking. We will send a separate payment for this through the Airbnb app. In the summer months of July, August, and September, the air temperature is typically warm enough to keep the pool at a nice temperature without paying for the pool heat. We advise guests to put the cover on overnight so that the pool temperature stays warm, especially for the months of November - February. The area borders north Scottsdale's Kierland and McCormick Ranch corridors. Cave Creek Road and the Cave Creek/Carefree area's western saloon vibe and outdoor dining are 15–20 minutes north. We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Arizona. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in simple. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming the space felt. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Arizona!

Brandon’s home is absolutely beautiful. It is full of family friendly spaces, including the refreshing pool in the back. The inside is very clean and updated with modern furniture and appliances. There was always a quick response for all of our questions. If we are ever back in the Phoenix area, we would love to stay again. Love, The Brandon family 😊

My family and I stayed here for my daughter's GCU Graduation. The house was everything and MORE. Very clean, quiet, comfortable, relaxing, and fun. The beds were like clouds! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Dining room table was great to play family games. The couch is awesome. Very large and super comfy, made for a great movie night. Highly recommend, we had a great time!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Brandon’s property. Myself, husband and two kids, (ages 10 and 13), as well as another two adults and their child, 15, stayed for five nights. The beds were comfortable, the pool was lovely and the space was wonderful! I highly recommend this location/home for other families. One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had!

A car is essential in this part of northeast Phoenix. Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is approximately 20–25 minutes south via the 51. Old Town Scottsdale is 20 minutes southeast; Desert Ridge Marketplace is minutes away for dining and shopping. The 101 Loop provides fast access across the Valley. Ride-share (Uber/Lyft) is readily available throughout the area.
