Good to know

If you would like the pool heated, we charge an additional fee of $75/night, 2 nights minimum, to cover the cost of utilities. Please request 72 hours prior to booking. We will send a separate payment for this through the Airbnb app. In the summer months of July, August, and September, the air temperature is typically warm enough to keep the pool at a nice temperature without paying for the pool heat. We advise guests to put the cover on overnight so that the pool temperature stays warm, especially for the months of November - February. If you do not use the pool cover, the pool will not reach above 80 degrees. Note on early check-in / Late check-out: For added convenience, it may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. Phoenix Operating Permit #STR-2024-002868

This home & property are absolutely Gorgeous! The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s conveniently located near everything! The House was extremely clean, kitchen fully stocked with everything needed. Patio & pool were peaceful & Perfect! Brandon was responsive to any questions we had! Our trip was AMAZING! We will definitely be coming back! Best Place we’ve ever stayed!

The house became the perfect place for five friends to relax and celebrate our birthdays. We laughed, cooked, swam, played games and literally enjoyed every minute we were in the house. Only minor thing is that one vent was closed and unreachable so the air didn’t circulate very well in a bedroom but that was truly our only complaint (if you can even call it that). The entire team was very responsive when we had questions and our visit overall was great. We would highly recommend ataying here.

I stayed here over Thanksgiving with my family (5 of us total), and the home was exactly as pictured — very clean and well-kept. It was super easy to find and about a 15–25 min drive from everywhere we needed to go, including PHX airport. The driveway and garage were convenient, and every room had a very comfortable king-size bed. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a listing says it accommodates 6+ people but the couch and dining table only fit 3–4. That was not the case here at all. This home has a large dining table, a big living room TV, and a huge, super plush couch — all five of us were able to fully stretch out (and fall asleep) with no problem. The kitchen was well-stocked with lots of tools, amenities, and spices. The space overall felt roomy and spotless, and we loved the board games, outdoor fire pit, seating, and TV. The hosts were very communicative before and during our stay. My family and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Brandon was extremely professional and responsive prior to check in. The house was immaculate and was everything we needed for our work trip. If you are looking for a safe environment for family and friends this is the place for you.
