This delightful retreat offers a cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom setup, perfect for a couple's getaway or a small family adventure. Additionally, there's an extra room thoughtfully equipped with a pack and play, and a playpen, ensuring a comfortable stay for families with little ones! After a day of exploration, unwind in the apartment's serene ambiance. The comfortable living space is designed for relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen provides convenience if you choose to dine in. Please note: We have a new microwave/oven at the house. Please contact us if you need further information. Your comfort is our priority, and we've taken care to provide all the essentials for a memorable stay. Whether you're here for a weekend or an extended stay, our apartment offers a warm and welcoming home away from home. To ensure a pleasant stay, please follow these important house rules: • Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited. This is a residential area with long-term residents. • Quiet Hours: 9PM to 8AM • Smoking, Vaping, and Illegal Substances: Strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. • Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! ・ Pets are allowed with prior approval only. ・ A $150 per pet non-refundable deposit per stay applies. ・ Maximum of 1 pet per reservation. ・All pets must be disclosed before arrival and included in the reservation. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets are not permitted and may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation in accordance with Airbnb's policies. To help keep the home enjoyable for all guests, we ask that pets are house-trained, supervised at all times, and cleaned up after. Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning required during or after their stay.
