Good to know

Our home sleeps 11 with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. You'll find it's the perfect spot for a family or two, a group golf trip, or a guys’ or girls' trip. We have tastefully designed it to be a stylish yet cozy place to hang out. We have several great spaces where you'll enjoy lounging including the living room with a 65" TV, and spacious dining room that seats 8. If you choose to play a round of golf at one of the many nearby courses, challenge your friends to a putting contest on the newly installed putting green to wind down after a busy day. ACTIVITIES AND FOOD You can easily get to hiking trails, golf courses, sporting events, shopping, and top-notch restaurants. There is a tremendous food scene just minutes away in Downtown Chandler. If you are lucky enough to be here on a Saturday morning, you will be in for a treat at the Farmers' Market downtown. If you’re looking for a round of golf, there are too many options to count but the Ocotillo Golf Resort is one of our favorites and is 10 minutes South. Conveniently located by the freeway, you’ll have easy access to Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the surrounding areas. Family friendly attractions include the Phoenix Zoo, Aquarium, Main Event, TopGolf, and water parks. If you are staying in, you can enjoy food delivery from a wide variety of local restaurants (one of our personal favorites is Flower Child!). You can also cook in our fully equipped kitchen. Other Details to Note

-If you would like to have the pool heated, we charge $75/night for covering our costs to heat the pool. (Minimum of $150) -If you would like unlimited access to our level 2 EV charger, we charge: $25 for stays 2 nights, $50 for 3-5 nights, $75 for 6-13 nights, and $100 for 14-21 nights. We will work out a fair rate if you are staying 22+ nights. -The pool is deep (~9 feet) and unfenced, so children must be supervised at all times. We provide child locks on all backyard doors for added safety. -Pack and play and high-chair available upon request. -For your protection, we have outdoor security cameras throughout the property (front door, driveway, pool, and pool equipment) -While our home is not fully ADA accessible, many areas on the main level have no steps, including the living room, kitchen, master bedroom & bathroom, dining room, laundry, 2nd bedroom with King bed, and pool. If you have specific accessibility questions, feel free to ask. -You must agree to all house rules (listed in separate section). CHECK-IN Check-in time is 4:00pm. We are typically unable to accommodate early check-ins due to the time that it takes to clean after previous guests. However, you can send us a message on the day of your stay, and we will let you know when the home is ready. CHECK-OUT Check-out time is 10:00am. We are not able to offer a late check-out as we need to prepare for the next guests.

House Rules

-Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A cleaning fee of $1000 will be applied for any violations of this policy. -Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property. -If bringing children, you agree to watch them at all times including in and around the pool. The house is NOT baby proofed so you must be aware of this before booking. The pool is deep and there is no fence. However, there are locks on all of the doors leading to the backyard. - To be considerate neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. While you’re free to enjoy the vibrant nightlife in the area, please note that we use noise sensors indoors and outdoors. These sensors only measure decibel levels and do not record audio. -No parties or events are allowed. -The primary renter needs to meet a minimum age requirement of 24. No guests allowed that are not on the reservation. Pool Cover Guidelines for Cold Months: - For safety reasons, when swimming during colder months with the pool cover in use, please ensure it is fully removed before entering the pool. - After swimming, kindly replace the pool cover to help maintain the water temperature.

We had a wonderful stay at Maryann’s Airbnb. The host was very responsive, the home was cozy and welcoming for our whole family, and the kids loved spending time in the backyard.

We loved this place! The pool especially was wonderful and the grandkids enjoyed the foosball table and retro Sega Genesis games more than I would have expected. The house was clean, quiet, and well stocked with anything we could have needed, even sunscreen - which we hadn't even considered we might need. There were plenty of bedrooms for people to spread out into and the 3 bathrooms meant nobody was ever waiting to use one. Normally when I go to Chandler my local family members have no interest in visiting us at the rental/airbnb but between the pool and games and large space they were over every day they could get off work and also on the weekends which made me very happy. Hosts communicated well, quick to reply to messages (like 'we have checked in and all is well') but not intrusive at all. I would absolutely stay there again, which is unusual for me because I like checking out different places so rarely rebook, but for this place I would 100% stay again.

This was a great house for our family weekend. It fit us comfortably, was very clean, the kitchen was nicely stocked, and the pool was fantastic. The hosts were very responsive and checked on us a few times to make sure there wasn’t anything we needed.

Check-in was a breeze and the house was roomy enough for 5 adults and 2 grade-school aged boys. Everyone enjoyed relaxing and swimming in the pool area, which was nicely stocked with balls, toys, goggles, and other pool amenities. The kitchen was well stocked, although we did eat out often with other family members that live in the area. The sleeping rooms were spot-on for our family, everyone was comfortable. Everything was well explained prior to our arrival, but we needed one contact with the owners during our stay and they responded immediately. We would highly recommend this house to others and we will look for it again on future trips to Chandler.
