Please let us know in advance if you’d like this added 🔥 Level 2 Tesla EV charger available upon request and free to use ⚡ The pool is deep on one end (approximately 9 feet) and unfenced. It's about 5 feet on the shallow end. Children must be supervised at all times. For added peace of mind, child safety locks are installed on all backyard-facing doors. Pack ’n Play and high chair are available for families traveling with little ones 👶 For your safety and security, the home is equipped with outdoor security cameras covering the front door, driveway, pool area, and pool equipment While the home is not fully ADA accessible, many main-level areas are step-free, including the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, master bedroom and bathroom, second bedroom (king bed), and pool area. If you have specific accessibility needs, feel free to reach out ⏰ Check-In Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-ins are generally not available due to the time required to thoroughly clean and prepare the home. Quiet Hours & Noise Monitoring: --To be respectful of our neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. --The property is equipped with indoor and outdoor noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only. These devices do not record audio. Parties & Events: --Parties or events are not permitted. Age Requirement & Occupancy: --The primary renter must be at least 24 years old. --Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. The house was great. Stayed there while in Mesa for a football tournament for my son. Stayed with two other mom's and their son's, the house was perfect for our needs. We loved playing in the pool, the large jenga and Nintendo.

We loved our stay here. Beds were so comfortable and the place was so convenient for a visit with family nearby. My kids enjoyed the old school gaming console, heated pool and foosball a lot! Also a cute little park with basketball court right at the end of the street. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and many great grocery stores really close by. There was a brand new pack n play, high chair and baby books too which was the icing on the cake! We really loved it here and would come back again

The house was perfect for a family vacation. Everything we needed to entertain teens and young adults. They even had pickleball equipment delivered immediately when we could not locate the paddles.

The location was great because it was close to the airport and the soccer field, so it was very convenient for my family. They also allowed us to check out late, which was really helpful
