You will have the entire studio, a patio, and a private entrance for your stay.. You will feel a peace and restfulness as soon as you walk in and hope it feels like your home away from home. The studio has a queen bed with a comfy mattress, a large workspace, and cozy sitting area with a smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas range, full size sink, large fridge, and cooking utensils. There is also a cute dining area overlooking the patio. Quiet neighborhood, close to it all, friendly neighbors and great area to go for a walk.

This place was awesome, close to a lot of restaurants in Tempe. It was beautiful inside and clean and I liked how it felt like a second home. The listing had a private yard and separate entrance and really felt comfortable and spacious.

Definitely a place worth booking if you’re in the area. Great location central to all the happenings of Tempe. Beautifully renovated studio with privacy and the convenience of the city just around the corner. Great host who is super communicative. Overall lovely time spent in a pristine studio.

Super clean, easy to find and easy check-in. The location can’t be beat- close to Mill Street, ASU, 20ish minutes to Scottsdale and easy to get to Goodyear for our Guardian’s game! Perfect for what we needed, which was basically a comfy and safe place to crash between doing lots of PHX-area sightseeing.
