Living room TV is a smart TV so that you can log in to your personal Netflix, Hulu, etc. Sleeping areas: Master Bedroom - King bed Bedroom 2 - Kind bed Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed (2 Fulls) Bedroom 4 - Sofa Sleeper (Queen); accessed through the master bedroom Couch is big enough to sleep one as well Kitchen: Comes fully stocked w/ pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, cutlery, and a full bar setup which includes wine glasses, champagne flutes, beer mugs, margarita glasses, whiskey glasses, and shot glasses. Also included is a mini fridge for your beverages. Regular refrigerator has filtered water and ice. Dining area: Large Dining room table set that seats 6 comfortably. 3 larger bar stools at the island for additional seating. Living area: Large sectional with room to hang out and watch tv (cable included) on the massive 86" big screen Smart TV. Plenty of card games included.
