Our Guest Suite sleeps 4 with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. You'll find it's the perfect spot for a couple of friends or small family. We have tastefully designed this space to be a cozy and a fun place to relax after a day of exploring. Downtown Denver is about 30 minutes, Red Rocks is 40 minutes, Cherry Creek is 30 minutes, Boulder is 50 minutes, and Colorado Springs is 60 minutes. If you are staying in, you can enjoy food delivery from a wide variety of local restaurants. There is also a Neighborhood Walmart just across the street.

-Contactless check-in and entrance through the garage; enter into the laundry room and down the stairs through the door on the right into the basement Guest Suite which you'll have all to yourself. This is a family friendly home! You may hear our kiddos on the upper level when they're active. If you're a light sleeper, let us know and we'll provide you with a fan. -Pack and play and high chair available. -Box fan in room. -The King bedroom has a built-in electric heater and a space heater is available for the main living area as well. -We have a camera at the front of the house to protect the property. -Please note this space is not ADA accessible. -You must agree to all house rules (listed in separate section). CHECK-IN Check-in time is 4:00pm. We are typically unable to accommodate early check-ins due to the time that it takes to clean after previous guests. However, you can send us a message on the day of your stay, and we will let you know when the home is ready. CHECK-OUT Check-out time is 11:00am. We are not able to offer a late check-out as we need to prepare for the next guests.

House Rules

-NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. $1000 additional cleaning fee will be charged for any violations to this policy. Vaping is not allowed either. -Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property. -If bringing children, please be aware that the space is NOT baby proofed so you must be aware of this before booking. -We have a quiet hours policy of 10pm - 8am. -No parties or events are allowed. -The primary renter needs to meet a minimum age requirement of 21. No guests allowed that are not on the reservation.

We had so much fun staying here! Everything is private and you go through the garage and contact is not needed with the hosts. The private projector was one of our favorite parts. I would love to stay again!

I enjoyed the home and the family was very responsive and helpful. Note, the noise level can be very loud with the kiddos running and playing which can be heard in the basement apartment so if you need quiet, this is not the place for you. Maryann was open about hearing the kiddos so it was not a surprise

Very clean, comfortable and spacious basement apartment. It was in a great location for me to get to work or to get downtown for sporting events. Maryanne and Scott have two young children that you might hear through the day but it’s very quiet in the evening and I slept like a baby. Any questions I had were replied to immediately. Great hosts.

I stayed here for 2 wks to travel and work from home. Check in was easy, wifi was great, and everything looked exactly as pictured. The neighborhood seemed very safe and was quiet. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The projector tv was a cool bonus as well as having a tv in the bedroom. Would recommend if you need a place to stay in Aurora!

Good space for a stay in the Denver metro area with nice entertainment options and a comfortable bed. Plenty of space for our family of 3. Kitchenette has coffee/tea and is equipped to make/heat up simple meals. Easy check-in process and great communication with hosts. Would recommend this place!
