HOUSE RULES & POLICIES 🚭 No smoking anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $1,000 additional cleaning fee. 🐾 No pets allowed anywhere on the property. 👶 Children must be supervised in and around the pool at all times. 📶 Do not unplug or disconnect the WiFi router. ⚙️ Do not touch or adjust pool equipment. A $500 fee will be charged for any tampering. Please note: the pool vacuum must remain in the pool at all times. It is required for proper maintenance and cleanliness. Removing it disrupts our service schedule and is not permitted. 🏊 Pool & Spa Heating (Important) This home features a spillover spa, not a separate hot tub. The pool and spa share the same water and temperature. When heated, both reach approximately 85°F The spa does not heat to traditional hot tub temperatures (100–104°F) 💰 Pool/spa heating fee: $75 per day (minimum $150 per reservation) 📌 A separate payment request will be sent after booking and may be accepted or declined. ⏳ Please notify us at least 48 hours before check-in if you would like pool/spa heating so we can schedule and pre-heat. ⚡ EV Charger A Level 2 Tesla EV charger is available upon request and is free to use. ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES 🔇 Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. For nightlife, Downtown Gilbert offers great late-night options. 🎉 No parties or events allowed. 📹 Outdoor security cameras are installed at the front door, driveway, pool area, pool equipment, and putting green for safety and property protection. 🍼 Pack ’n Play and high chair are available and located in the entryway closet.
