I have family in the area and have stayed at a few Airbnbs and hotels in the area, Oscar's place has been my favorite by far. Meticulous clean, great communication and ample space. I would most definitely book this place again.

I stayed here over Thanksgiving with my family (5 of us total), and the home was exactly as pictured — very clean and well-kept. It was super easy to find and about a 15–25 min drive from everywhere we needed to go, including PHX airport. The driveway and garage were convenient, and every room had a very comfortable king-size bed. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a listing says it accommodates 6+ people but the couch and dining table only fit 3–4. That was not the case here at all. This home has a large dining table, a big living room TV, and a huge, super plush couch — all five of us were able to fully stretch out (and fall asleep) with no problem. The kitchen was well-stocked with lots of tools, amenities, and spices. The space overall felt roomy and spotless, and we loved the board games, outdoor fire pit, seating, and TV. The hosts were very communicative before and during our stay. My family and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The host was amazing! Super responsive, helpful, and on top of every detail. The house is beautiful, very clean, and had plenty of space and amenities for our group of 15. It was the perfect setup for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

So, so happy with this rental. We stayed for 32 days, not long enough. It was well stocked with supplies (which was unexpected and very appreciated). The location was perfect and so close to many attractions and activities. Donny was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful home, perfect location and amazing host! Close to EVERYTHING - local restaurants, live music, hiking trails, nature parks and local tourist attractions! We enjoyed the backyard amenities/pool and patio area. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and sidewalks throughout for evening walks. The host were proactive, communicative and provided clear, easy instructions. Look no further — book this one! We will definitely be back if we return to the area in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of space in the living room and dining room! We brought in the patio table and were able to comfortably seat four generations at the table for Thanksgiving: 11 adults, including a 98-year old senior with a walker, plus a 9-month baby in a high chair. We used the kitchen extensively and also outdoor grill for making our own meals, enjoyed cheese and wine on the backyard patio, had fooseball competitions, and did some of the jigsaw puzzles that were in the cabinet stocked with lots of games, cards, and puzzles. The hosts were thoughtful and helpful. Prior to our arrival when I had asked about some specific cookware for preparing the Thanksgiving meal, they made sure to bring over some of their own for us to use! They also let us have a 100+ lb dog at the house. This made our stay truly a once-in-a-lifetime gathering for our family.

Excellent Airbnb for my family and me while we stayed in Tempe for 2025 Ironman Arizona Great location with very short drive to event, parks, restaurants and shops! Beautiful floor plan, with plenty of comfortable bedrooms and accommodations to make us all feel at home

Brandon was extremely professional and responsive prior to check in. The house was immaculate and was everything we needed for our work trip. If you are looking for a safe environment for family and friends this is the place for you.
